All Bakugan sold and offered by toygamingemporium.com are authentic Spin Master Bakugan.  We acquire them sealed in package but open them and sell them loose for easier and more affordable shipping.  If you prefer to receive your Bakugan in original package, contact us and we can work something out.  Pricing would be the same other than the shipping expense.  Lastly, unless stated otherwise in the item specific description, no cards (metal, ability, etc) will be included with loose Bakugan.  Primary exception is that Super Assault and Battle Gear figures will include their specific reference/ability cards as will be shown in the image for those items.
